    Type

    This is a scattered outcrop with loose examples in the marl or marl limestones. Due to erosion, a significant number of examples have accumulated in the pass. Geological unit T2.

    Importance

    Though the examples have been scattered, some are more than 20 cm in diameter and their internal structure has been well preserved.
    Sites with these fossils from the very Low Eocene are rare. Here they are in the marl Millaris Formation.
