    Type

This is a highly scattered outcrop with loose examples in the marl or marl limestones. A number of strata contain these fossils, which can be seen on the side of the Custodia ridge. Geological unit T2.

    Importance

Though the examples have been scattered, some are more than 15 cm in diameter. Their internal structure has been well preserved and in some instances you can see their hollow-tubed shape. Sites with these fossils from the very Low Eocene are rare. Here they are, as in site 24, in the marl Millaris Formation.

    Location

One spot is at the UTM coordinates 31T 254889 4724752.
