San Juan de Plan (San Chuan de Plan)
On the eve of St. John, coinciding with the summer solstice, neighbours gather in the evening and they walk together to La Planeta La Falla (the bonfire plain).
Once there, they eat and drink waiting for the dusk. At that moment, everyone walks in procession to the village, holding a torch. The major leads them, followed by the neighbours, with the sheriff on the last place of a bright windy line down the slope.
When they reach the river, everyone stands by the water, and a race towards the cemetery starts from that spot. The first one arriving with the burning torch is awarded.
Afterwards, torches are piled up in a bonfire, this festival being known as La Falleta.
