Geomorphology

The natural landscapes we see today are the result of the combined action of various erosional agents that have shaped the rocks and reliefs over thousands of years.

There are two main agents that have shaped the land: the ice of the Quaternary glaciers and water, an erosional agent that acts on limestone by means of karstic processes, giving rise to canyons, gullies and subterranean systems.
